We were given a table with total amounts by community, but the most specific questions were effectively left unanswered. We asked how much is spent separately on food, catering, maintenance and repair of school kitchens and equipment; what one portion costs in each community; how much of that cost is paid by the state and how much by the community; and whether there are funds from international organisations and donors. None of this is in the reply. On the price of meals, the administration only said that it is set by the founders and heads of the schools.
