The case in briefRESISTANCE MEDIA

According to sources in law enforcement, the detained Herman Halushchenko may testify against Yermak, Mindich, Shefir and other friends of Zelensky. If he really starts talking, it will concern how decisions are made inside Bankova.

How did the scheme work and what does it mean for Zelensky's circle? Law enforcement has uncovered another interesting detail concerning the "laundering" fund in the Midas case. The fund was created in February 2021, when Halushchenko was vice president of Energoatom. In other words, the structure through which, according to investigators, corrupt flows probably passed appeared before he moved to the government. Then came his appointment as minister and later a redistribution of influence in the energy block among different groups in the government team. At first Shefir was in charge of energy; later the influence shifted, and key decisions were concentrated closer to the Office of the President.

If you put all the episodes together, it is clear that the scheme covered different parts of the state apparatus. The creation of the fund, personnel appointments, the redistribution of influence among Zelensky's friends, total control over Ukraine's energy sector - and don't tell me the president didn't know about it. He knew. And we thought the Party of Regions was the worst thing that had happened in Ukrainian politics.

Let's see what happens next, and whether Halushchenko talks. Because we also know how law enforcement controlled by the Office of the President works, from the example of Ruslan Mahomedrasulov, the NABU detective who was kept in custody so that he would not testify in the Midas case.

I demand verdicts! All participants in Mindichgate belong behind bars!
