Tetiana Krupa spent 11 months in custody. NABU and SAPO insisted on extending her detention. However, the High Anti-Corruption Court said she had «already spent enough time» in custody, a whole 11 months. The investigating judge noted that under current law detention cannot exceed 12 months. So the High Anti-Corruption Court ruled to release Tetiana Krupa on bail of UAH 20 million.
From now on she must appear whenever summoned by the investigator, prosecutor or court and fulfil her procedural obligations until 4 November.
As a reminder, when NABU detectives came to Tetiana Krupa's home, she threw two bags containing USD 500,000 out of the window.
