Oleshky community: 13 million on administration - and what for the people?

RESISTANCE analysed the official report on the Oleshky community budget for the first half of 2026. Of UAH 55.08 million in general fund spending, UAH 12.99 million went to administration. That is almost a quarter of all expenditure - UAH 2.17 million a month on average. Viewers asked us to look into this during our TikTok live stream. We heard your questions and checked the documents. Social protection received UAH 1.83 million - about seven times less. But the issue is not only the ratio. The administration spending plan was 86.9% fulfilled, while social protection reached only 56.8%. In other words, the money planned for administration was used much more fully than the money for social support.
