According to the investigation, the scheme worked like this: documents and court decisions were forged, access to the state register was obtained, and corporate rights to enterprises were re-registered to controlled persons. And here is the most interesting part: within two days the rights to the seized enterprises were transferred to the bodyguards of one of the co-organisers.
In autumn 2025, according to NABU, assets worth over UAH 248 million were seized this way. In May 2026 there was an attempt to seize Kyiv real estate worth another UAH 207 million. And the target of one of the episodes was an enterprise with real estate in central Kyiv worth over UAH 500 million.
The media name among the possible suspects:
▪️ Iryna Mudra - former deputy head of the Office of the President;
▪️ Viktor Dubovyk - director general of the Directorate for Legal Policy of the Office of the President;
▪️ Olena Ferens - deputy minister of justice;
▪️ Maksym Mykytas - former MP;
▪️ Vadym Stolar - sitting MP.
And that is not all. NABU says members of the organisation were preparing to kidnap a person in order to gain control over a business entity. This crime was prevented.
On 19 August NABU and SAPO served notices of suspicion to members of the organisation and persons involved. And this is a continuation of "Forrest Gump", in which NABU reported the laundering of about UAH 150 million in cash for the bail of a suspect in the "Midas" case and possible interference in the competition for the head of SAPO.
It looks like NABU is no longer making a series, but a whole cinematic universe.
