Financial Monitoring Service head Pronin summoned to the Rada to answer for fortifications in Donbas

Almost 400 million hryvnias from the budget were spent on building fortifications in 2024. The customer for the construction was the Poltava Regional Military Administration. According to MP Yaroslav Zhelezniak, at least 200 million of these funds were stolen.

According to Serhiy Rakhmanin, a member of the Verkhovna Rada committee on national security, defence and intelligence, there are a whoooole lot of complaints about the structures that were built. They look unfinished, while the money has already been paid in full and the acceptance certificates signed.
