Formally the car belongs to his mother, Vira Dehtiar. At the same time, according to the NACP, she does not have a driving licence.
According to SAPO, it was Oleh Dehtiar who chose the car, arranged its purchase and registration and used it from day one.
Meanwhile, Dehtiar's legal sources of income cannot cover such expenses.
The case will now be heard by the High Anti-Corruption Court. It will decide whether this BMW becomes state property.
