Secret visits to Koncha-Zaspa: Yermak is still running things, just not from Bankova
Analysis of video from Tkach's investigation confirms that Yermak's Mercedes enters the Koncha-Zaspa sanatorium for a reason. Service roads and "evacuation gates" run through the forest there, directly connecting the sanatorium with state dachas and President Zelensky's residence. This is the route Yermak uses to get into the closed area. In other words, everything happens just as before: running the country and key conversations take place next to the President, just not formally in the Office of the President but behind a fence.
